How can I book a meeting room at City Hotel Gouda?

Please contact our Groups & Events department at +31 (0)182 86 00 86 or cheese@cityhotelgouda.com. Tell us what you need and we will create a suitable proposal together. You can also directly request a quote online. 

How many people is there room for?

That depends on the room and the setup. Our six multifunctional meeting rooms can be used individually or combined. In the maximum setup, the combined rooms on each floor can accommodate groups of up to 120 people. The Executive Boardroom is suitable for 1 to 8 people.

Is City Hotel Gouda easily accessible by public transport?

Yes. Gouda Station is within walking distance of the hotel. By car, you can get there via the A12 and A20. The Q-Park Bolwerk parking garage is located directly beneath the hotel with direct access. Hotel guests receive a discount when reserving a parking space online.

Can we also have lunch and dinner at the hotel?

Certainly. We offer meeting packages including lunch, dinner or both. Contact our Groups & Events department and we will put together a package that suits your program.

Can I also stay overnight with my group?

That is exactly the idea. Meeting and staying overnight under one roof—that is what makes City Hotel Gouda so convenient as a hotel with meeting space in Gouda. Ideal if the program continues into the evening or if a follow-up session is planned for the next day. What facilities do the meeting rooms have?

All rooms have natural daylight, individually adjustable air conditioning, modern audiovisual equipment including presentation screens, and free Wi-Fi.

Is the Boardroom suitable for confidential meetings?

Absolutely. The Executive Boardroom has a quiet location within the hotel and is specifically designed for executive meetings, brainstorming sessions, and confidential conversations.

Is there a minimum or maximum number of hours for renting a room?
